My eAccount will be replaced with a new and improved Danville Utilities website.  In addition to offering the information you have come to rely on from My eAccount, the new Danville Utilities website will provide new functionality and opportunities related to your account.  Stay tuned for more information! 

Note:  Your My eAccount username will transfer to the new Danville Utilities website, but your existing password will not.  Please be prepared to use the email address associated with your account as a temporary password the first time you log in.

Welcome to the Danville Utilities web portal. With this system, you are able to access your account information including reading and transaction history, discontinue service, change bill mailing address, and make payments.

You may also sign up for eBills, a service that will replace your paper bill with the ability to view your bill electronically through this web portal. An email notification will be sent when your eBill is ready for viewing.

This system requires you to enter your customer and account number when registering. These numbers can be found on the upper left side of your bill, and on the bill remittance stub. You must enter all of the numbers, including any leading zeroes. The customer number is the second 8-digit number; the account number is the first 10-digit number.
